Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be cancelled up to end of the business day 14 days prior to a departure date with the ticket holder receiving a one time credit good toward a future Catch-A-Ride bus trip of the same type purchased (one-way or round trip). Round trip ticket credits may not be split for use as 2 one-way rides. Cancellation credits must be used by the end of the school year in which they were issued and are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. All ride credits remaining unredeemed by the end of the school year in which they were issued will be considered void and forfeited. As stated on selected weekends, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges. Tickets are not transferable between customers for security purposes.

Payment Policy:
Payment for Catch A Ride is through PayPal, which enables any individual with an e-mail address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online.
